A trailblazer in the field of nutrition, she holds the distinction of being the first PhD scholar from the state in FOOD SCIENCE & NUTRITION, marking a significant milestone in academic and scientific advancement.

 

Her commitment to global learning led her to be selected for the prestigious International Postgraduate Course on “Feeding the Future: Food Safety in Times of Global Change” (2017) at the International School of Agricultural Sciences, Israel, where she gained advanced insights into sustainable food systems and global food safety challenges.

Recognized for her scientific excellence and dedication, she was honored with the Young Scientist Award at the 6th International Science Congress Conference, further establishing her as a promising contributor to research and innovation in nutrition and food science.

With her expertise in local food systems, she is also a proprietor of a small-scale millet-based product enterprise, which was recognized and awarded at the Arunachal Pradesh State Entrepreneurial Meet 2020
